We are looking for gifted photographers & creatives who need access to a studio space for 3 months in order to experiment, shoot & create — and would benefit from support & resources worth £8k to help kickstart 2025.

  • The Riónce Ripple Fund offers 3 months of free studio time * support worth £8k, to help you kickstart 2025 with your best creative work yet.

    From January to March, you’ll have access to the Riónce Ladywell Studio, where you can craft, experiment, and collaborate in a supportive and inspiring space.

    Alongside studio access, you’ll join the Success Circle, a monthly mastermind group led by business coach Rebecca Page-Chapman, designed to keep you accountable and guide your journey.

    Plus, access to our virtual creative concierge service to enhance your efficiency rate and overall creative process.

  • As a Ripple Fund recipient, you’ll document your journey through “Day in the Life” reels, collaborate on posts with Riónce Arts Club, and create at least one meaningful project to inspire your audience and community.

    All final content will be shared in a designated folder for potential resharing. You’ll also be featured in blogs, video testimonials, and interviews to highlight your work and connect you with a wider audience.

  • After the 3 months, you can continue using the studio at a negotiated rate and enjoy exclusive membership discounts

    Even if you’re not selected, all applicants receive special offers to keep their creative momentum going.

WORKSHOP facilitator

We’re looking to collaborate with class, workshop, panel & event facilitators/ hosts on some intimate events across our studios & online over the next few months.

  • Workshops/ events would take place on either:

    • a Friday night between 7pm and 11pm

    • Weekday mornings (45min sessions) between 7am & 11am

    • Mon & Tue evenings between 7pm & 9pm (max 15 attendees at Riónce Ladywell, 30 at Riónce Kitchen Diner & 75 at Penda Studios).

    • Rich experiences are really important to us, so we’re keen for your workshop/ event to have great impact on attendees lives, in whatever way comes naturally to you.

    • Could be a creative/expressive/ wellness-orientated session (4hrs max) where attendees create something tangible or simply go home having engaged in a mindful, refreshing, unusual, or exciting experience.

    • Alternatively could be an informative session (2hrs max) where attendees can learn something, they really needed to, always wanted to, or simply something that widens their perspective and provokes discussion.

    • The impact of the workshop you choose and it’s alignment with our ethos is what’s important to us. We’ll be shortlisting once submissions close, so at this stage we’re seeing who’s out there.

    • We want the workshop/event to be something you already do and suitable for our current & prospective members.

  • ◦ You’ll be given paid through collaboration & will get the venue for free.

    ◦ You’ll choose the cost of your session, attendees will pay us and we’ll pay you 70% of the ticket earnings. The other 30% + member fee of £20/month contributes to the cost of the venue & admin labour.

    ◦ Must be experienced with good social presence & be comfortable creating content + engaging in collaboration posts on social media to promote your class.
