riónce residencies
a part-funded programme for emerging creatives who are talented, committed and on the rise, but need structure, visibility and support to level up.
residencies run twice a year and exist as our give-back to the community.
1 free place, 7 part-funded places.
8 creatives/founders per cohort.
what is a residency?
the riónce residency is a training ground for people who are close to breaking through but need a consistent environment to grow. residents get studio access at 50% off, clear expectations, visibility opportunities and hands-on accountability.
you don’t need to be fully established — just committed to your plan [a], serious and ready to do the work.
-
all residents receive:
part-funded access (you state your budget, we match what we can)
studio access tue–thu, 10am–6pm
open studio access (wed & sun, 6pm–10pm)
1–1 online creative check-in calls
monthly online success circle group calls
access to collective events
special discounts on all riónce products and services
community and consistent support
accountability, structure and deadlines
residency = a supported push for people on their way up.
-
to keep the programme intentional, each resident agrees to:
monthly content creation
a written or video testimonial
participation in the gala + exhibition
consistent studio presence
featuring in the residency documentary
allowing progress to be tracked and used for promo
residencies are a partnership; structured support in exchange for content creation and inspiring case studies
-
the residency is designed for emerging creatives who:
are talented and committed
are earning a little from their craft but not consistently
need structure, focus and guidance
want accountability and momentum
want visibility and a body of work they’re proud of
are ready to show up and grow
if you’re more established and simply need space, stability and routine, a riónce membership may be a better fit.
-
8 creatives per cohort
twice a year (summer cohort: apr–sep & winter cohort: oct–mar)
1 free place
7 part-funded places
spaces are limited and competitive.
-
members want space, freedom and long-term stability; residents want development, 6 months of structure and a clear pathway upward.

" it sounds really dramatic, but it’s changed my life.
I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO BALANCE CREATIVITY AND LIFE FOR A WHILE. I THINK I MADE MORE MONEY IN THOSE FEW MONTHS THAN I HAVE IN THE LAST YEAR, GENUINELY.
I FEEL REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF & I HAVEN'T SAID THAT IN A LONG TIME.”
