General Plan of Action

Upon arrival you will spend 15-30 minutes eating, drinking and sharing your artistic aspirations with your fellow new mates.

Ms. Semple will welcome you to choose, what will be your creative space for the remainder of the experience. She will then invite you to open up your special personalised art pack before leading a few icebreakers/warm up abstract art activities.

During the session, you will be guided to use acrylic paint, random objects and your fingers, to unlock, explore and express your creativity; ahead of the main part of the session where you will painting without constraints using learned techniques (and paint brushes if you insist!) or simply, the influence of your favourite beverage!

You will be made to feel at ease and encouraged to absorb yourself into the moment without judgement.

You'll be provided with everything you need to create your wondrous paintings - paints (acrylics), brushes, easel, Premium A5 Card and a variety of labelled flags to raise in case you need emergency creative guidance and input from your Riónce abstract art experience leaders.

Each masterpiece will be laid out to dry, and at the end of the session, participants will be invited to informally showcase and discuss their wondrous artworks with colleagues and session leaders before packing them up in special boxes to take home. Attendees will also be gifted a cute memoir at the end to encourage them on their creative journey!

We rotate abstract art activities and painting utensils every session, so should you feel compelled to join us for another, you can book in for an equally explorative and enjoyable experience.

There will be jazz music playing and during special bookings a live vocalist to serenade you as you paint.

Sessions held in groups of 30 people max, if you have more than 30 people who want to take part then it’s advisable for you to book consecutive sessions or to request 2 simultaneous sessions.

We’ll be inspired by creativity-awakening jazz music & an optional live vocal performance!

Dress Code

You will be given aprons, however we’d kindly ask that you do not wear anything you wouldn't want to stain. You will become so engrossed in your artwork, that you are likely to rid yourself of caring about the washing machine aftermath.
