creatives, solo-preneurs, small businesses - people who’ve come through riónce and are building something real.
we represent them, work on their behalf, match them to appropriate opportunities and support them to get closer to their goals and dreams, without rushing them or reshaping them into something they’re not.
this isn’t traditional representation
it’s care, direction, and advocacy, done properly.
what we do
we help people who are great at what they do, but shouldn’t be doing everything alone. which looks like:
